18TH STREET PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS 3741 RMT July 03, 2024 4 1-02.1.RTF 1 1-02 BID PROCEDURES AND CONDITIONS 2 3 1-02.1 Prequalification of Bidders 4 5 Delete this section and replace it with the following: 6 7 1-02.1 Qualifications of Bidder 8 (January 24, 2011 APWA GSP) 9 10 Before award of a public works contract, a bidder must meet at least the minimum 11 qualifications of RCW 39.04.350(1) to be considered a responsible bidder and qualified to 12 be awarded a public works project. 13 14 COE 1-02.2.RTF 15 1-02.2 Plans and Specifications 16 (June 27, 2011 APWA GSP) 17 18 Delete this section and replace it with the following: 19 20 Information as to where Bid Documents can be obtained or reviewed can be found in the 21 Call for Bids (Advertisement for Bids) for the work. 22 23 After award of the contract, plans and specifications will be issued to the Contractor at no 24 cost as detailed below: 25 26 To Prime Contractor No. of Sets Basis of Distribution Reduced plans (11" x 17") 5 Furnished automatically upon award. Contract Provisions 5 Furnished automatically upon award.
