Contact names and telephone numbers shall be listed for 24 each project. 25 26 Contractor shall submit a Manufacturer's certification, prior to start of work, that the 27 retaining wall system components meet the requirements of this specification and 28 the structure design. 29 30 Contractor shall submit certificate of compliance for each lot of bond breaker material 31 delivered. 32 33 Contractor shall submit a sample of each different unit for approval. 34 35 Contractor shall provide soil testing and quality assurance inspection during 36 earthwork and wall construction operations. Contractor shall provide quality control 37 testing and inspection during construction. Owner's quality assurance program does 38 not relieve the contractor of responsibility for quality control and wall performance. 39 40 8-26.1(3) Delivery, Storage and Handling 41 Contractor shall check all materials upon delivery to assure that the proper type, 42 grade, color, and certification have been received. 43 44 Contractor shall protect all materials from damage due to job site conditions and in 45 accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. Damaged materials shall not be 46 incorporated into the work. 47 48 8-26.2 Materials 49 8-26.2(1) Base Leveling Pad 50 Base Leveling Pad Material shall consist of crushed surfacing base course per 51 WSDOT Standard Specification 9-03.9(3) and as shown on the construction drawings. 52
