Onsite health services for individuals residing in <br />the emergency bridge housing, including behavioral health services, will also be offered. <br />Anticipated operation of the project is slated for December 31, 2026. A covenant will also be <br />recorded for the property, securing the use of emergency bridge housing on the site until <br />December 31, 2051. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to execute the Interlocal Agreement with Snohomish County for $4 million <br />of Chemical Dependency and Mental Health Sales Tax funds for a shelter facility in Everett. <br /> <br />City Council Agenda Item Cover Sheet
