In order for the Planning Department to approve the permit, please submit the following: <br />1. There is an open code enforcement case on this property (CE23-0258) for an unpermitted addition and <br />accessory buildings located in the setback. The submitted plans do not appear to address the unpermitted <br />work. For example, the floor plans for the residence indicate everything is existing and a proposed addition is <br />1 <br />
