b a <br /> STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND INDUSTRIES <br /> Division of Occupational Safety and Health <br /> 525 E College Way Suite H, Mount Vernon, WA 98273 <br /> Tuesday,January 18", 2024 <br /> Colleen Scanlon <br /> Catholic Community Services of Western Washington <br /> 6200 12th PI SE <br /> Everett, WA 98208 <br /> RE: Order and Notice of Immediate Restraint <br /> Hello, <br /> On Tuesday, October 10th, 2023 the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) posted an Order <br /> and Notice of Immediate Restraint (OIR) in conjunction with inspections 317976356 and 317976531.The <br /> OIR was in response to hazards of existing methamphetamine contamination on surfaces and in the <br /> HVAC system. It required all employees to vacate the building or wear appropriate personal protective <br /> equipment while inside. <br /> In response to the abatement of methamphetamine hazards and continued cooperation with our <br /> inspections, DOSH lifted the Order and Notice of immediate restraint on December 6th, 2023. At that <br /> time, employees and contractors were allowed to enter areas of the building that had been <br /> decontaminated. <br /> Extensive sampling has verified that all areas of the building have been decontaminated.At this time <br /> DOSH has no restrictions in place for contractors, employees, or vendors entering and working inside <br /> the building. <br /> Thank you for your continued cooperation with our inspection process.
