• <br /> Pursuant to the agreement between Integra Testing Services, LLC and/or its <br /> subsidiaries ("Integra Testing") and Client, all systems identified in our contract or <br /> "scope of work" section of our proposal, shall be tested and documented in <br /> accordance with the project plans, commissioning specifications, applicable AHJ <br /> energy codes, applicable green building programs (LEED, GBI, Etc.), and to the <br /> optimum performance capabilities of the equipment and design. Commissioning <br /> services will be performed in accordance with the standards published by the <br /> Associated Air Balance Council Commissioning Group (ACG) and/or the National <br /> Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB). <br /> If Integra Testing fails to comply with the commissioning specification as clarified <br /> in our contract or "scope of work" section of our proposal, for any reason other <br /> than equipment malfunction or deficiency which prevents proper commissioning <br /> of the systems, Integra Testing's Quality Control Team will investigate and if <br /> warranted, will provide supervisory personnel to assist with issue resolution. <br /> Applicable support with issue resolution will be provided at no additional cost to <br /> the building owner. If an issue is due to modifications to as-commissioned <br /> setpoints or programming, a mechanical equipment failure, control or maintenance <br /> related issue, the return trip may be subject to a service charge which is not <br /> covered under this warranty. <br /> This Guaranty is valid for one year from the date of submission of a commissioning report and may only be invoked in <br /> writing by the building owner or authorized owners representative. The Guaranty is limited to the terms and conditions <br /> as stated herein. Response to complaints will be provided within 10 business days of initial complaint. <br />
