Neudorfer Engineers, <br /> COMPANY HISTORY <br /> R.F. Neudorfer and Associates was established in 1970 as a professionally-qualified mechanical <br /> engineering and test and balance organization. The firm incorporated in 1980, and the name was <br /> changed to Neudorfer Engineers, Inc. <br /> We strive to provide the best, most professional services of any company in our business, and have <br /> forged strong working relationships with both general and mechanical contractors because we make <br /> every effort to complete our work on time and with the least disruption to the client. Our reputation in <br /> the industry is excellent. <br /> Our staff is experienced and skilled at providing air and hydronic systems test and balance services; <br /> sound and vibration-level measurement of heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment; <br /> cleanroom testing and certification; building commissioning; equipment startup; field engineering; and <br /> test engineering. We provide quality services for every manner of building project, whether new or <br /> tenant improvement, in both the private and public arenas. We have a great deal of expertise <br /> working in highly technical lab locations in the fields of biotechnology, cleanrooms, pharmaceutical <br /> facilities, research laboratories, nuclear facilities and hospitals. <br /> Most of our projects are located in the Pacific Northwest. However, by working in other areas of the <br /> United States, in South America, Japan, China, Guam and other South Pacific Islands, many of our <br /> staff have gained broadened perspectives and mental flexibility that make them more effective in their <br /> interactions with our clients in the management of their everyday jobs. <br /> Neudorfer Engineers, Inc., is certified by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB). <br /> Certifications include air and hydronic environmental systems, sound and vibration measurement; <br /> building systems commissioning; and cleanroom and cleanroom systems. NEBB is a non-profit, <br /> industry-sponsored organization established to upgrade and maintain uniform standards in our industry. <br /> Our certifications are the result of having successfully met criteria for length of operation; responsible <br /> performance; instrumentation ownership, calibration and maintenance. You can also be assured that <br /> our services are backed by the knowledge required to pass rigorous certification tests. <br /> In addition to having achieved numerous NEBB certifications, Bill Neudorfer was the past President of the <br /> National Environmental Balancing Bureau. He teaches testing and balancing courses at the University of <br /> Washington, College of Engineering Continuing Education program; Testing and Balancing, and <br /> Commissioning workshops for the Washington State Energy Office; TAB and Cleanroom courses for the <br /> NEBB; and has made presentations on Testing and Balancing, Cleanroom Certification, and <br /> Commissioning for the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers, Inc. <br /> (AS H RAE) <br /> Professional memberships include the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB), Sheet Metal <br /> &Air Conditioning Contractors National Association (SMACNA), Construction Specification Institute <br /> (CSI), Vibration Institute (VI), and ASHRAE. <br /> Page 34 of 68 <br />
