In that <br /> time his company has grown from four staff to its present seventy-five. He has <br /> developed a ratio of technical and support staff that allows him to continue to provide <br /> technical assistance in the field, and to personally supervise special projects. Bill has <br /> earned all of the professional certifications offered by the National Environmental <br /> Balancing Bureau (NEBB). He has provided balancing services at all Boeing plants in <br /> Washington, Oregon and Texas including all of the paint hangars. He has worked on <br /> several safety remediation projects that requires close coordination with the design <br /> engineering staff and contracting team.
