Fences within the front setback area and between any street and buildings shall not be more than three feet <br /> six inches high and less than seventy percent solid to maintain views into the street for security. However, front yard fences are <br /> discouraged. Fences up to six feet in height may be permitted no closer than ten feet from the sidewalk provided they have <br /> landscaping between the fence and the sidewalk.
