Street restoration must be done per COE Standard Drawing #326 and trench restoration per#614, or as directed by the <br /> City PW Inspector. Permanent restoration must be completed within 2 weeks of completion of utility work. <br /> 7. Full lane width grind and overlay is required for trenches greater than 100' in length, multiple cuts within a 100' length <br /> section, and/or as directed by the City PW Inspector. <br /> 8. A minimum of 5ft separation between City of Everett utilities and directional boring/pavement cuts shall be maintained. <br /> 9. Inspections are required for all stages of construction. Visit the City's Online Permitting Portal at pw.everettwa.gov to <br /> formally request all required inspections. Inspections are required for job start notification, potholing all City utilities, <br /> evaluation of traffic control set-up, to view the work prior to backfill, and after final restoration to final the permit. <br /> 10. Potholing required for all crossings over/under City of Everett water mains. <br /> 11.
