Ideal Option, Conquer Addiction, <br />Compass, Providence and numerous other providers can continue MOUD if <br />patients prefer. <br />2.18 Interface with existing and to-be-developed dispatch system linking the EMOTE <br />service to community support team of city social workers, police and fire <br />responders, as needed. <br />2.19 Each person providing services under this scope must maintain any professional <br />licensure necessary for those services. With respect to medical personnel, the <br />City may require insurance in addition to the insurance requirements elsewhere <br />in the Agreement. Medical services may not commence until Service Provider <br />has all required medical-related insurance (malpractice/E&O) in place. <br />2.20 To the extent applicable, the Service Provider will comply with HIPAA and all <br />medical privacy laws. <br />2.21 No harm reduction supplies are purchased, received, or distributed to patients <br />under this scope of work. <br />3. Reporting: <br /> <br />Conquer will submit quarterly reports due 10 business days after end of quarter to include <br />the following:
