The shoring walls must be secured by tie-backs that extend into the right-of-way. <br />Once the project is completed, the tie-backs will no longer be needed and will be removed. The <br />proposed Temporary Right of Way Use Permit and Agreement sets forth agreed terms between <br />the City and 1702 Pacific, LLC. <br /> <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to execute the Temporary Right of Way Use Permit and Agreement with <br />1702 Pacific, LLC. <br />
