Project summary statement: 1702 Pacific, LLC has submitted plans for a project to construct a multi-family apartment building. During construction, excavation will require shoring walls for support of below-grade development. The shoring walls must be secured by tie-backs that extend into the right-of-way. Once the project is completed, the tie-backs will no longer be needed and will be removed. The proposed Temporary Right of Way Use Permit and Agreement sets forth agreed terms between the City and 1702 Pacific, LLC. Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to execute the Temporary Right of Way Use Permit and Agreement with 1702 Pacific, LLC.
