Exhibit A (Scope of Work) <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Krazan to conduct a limited hazmat survey to identify suspect asbestos-containing <br />(ACM) materials and lead-based paints (LBP), which may be impacted during the <br />dismantling of the gazebo. <br />Krazan will collect and submit samples of all suspect ACM/LBPencountered at the site <br />to an accredited and approved laboratory. Upon receipt of the laboratory results, <br />Kranzan will prepare a written report summarizing findings, conclusions, and <br />recommendations.
