ORDINANCE NO. - 2026 <br /> n Ordinance amending Section 2 of Ordinance ''No.1932 of <br /> the City of Everett, chancing the license to be charged by the City <br /> for the sale of soft drinks, ex cent pure water from ,:15.00 to <br /> per annum, and declaring an emergency, <br /> 1 <br /> THE CITY OF V1.RETT DOES ORDAIN : <br /> 2 <br /> Section 1 : That Section 2 of Ordinance N1o.1932 of the <br /> 3 <br /> ' C ity of Everett, be and the same is hereby amended to read as <br /> 41 <br /> follows <br /> 5I, <br /> "Section 2 : The license fee to be charged by said City <br /> 6 ! <br /> for keepip_ billiard tables, pool tables, Pigeon-hole tables is here <br /> 7 <br /> by fixed at the sum of :1_5.00 per year for each table, and for keeping <br /> 3 ' <br /> ten pins alleys, or box ball or bowling alleys, is hereby fixed at <br /> 9 <br /> the sum of :.10.00 per year, for each ten pin or box ball or boding <br /> 10 <br /> alley, provided however, that then a person, firm., corporation or any <br /> 11 <br /> other association of persons shall keep in the same room more than one <br /> 12 such table or shall keep in the same room one or more ^uch ten pin or <br /> 13 <br /> box ball or bowling alleys, that the annual license fee shall be <br /> 14 <br /> 015.00 for one such table and :10.00 for each additional tables and <br /> 15 <br /> 10.00 for one such alley and <br /> 5.00 for each additional alley.
