i I ORDINANCE NO. 2023 s An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No.373 for the improvement of the bridge leading from the Last line of East Grand 1 Avenue on Everett Avenue to the east line of Railway Avenue, by the 2 I removal of old lumber, replacing caps, stringers, decking, sidewalks 3 and hand rail and doing all work necessary in connection therewith 4 to mate a complete iaprovement under Ordinance No. 2007 of the 5 City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against 6 the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said 7 roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therein and fixing the 8 date for the issuance thereof. 9 10 THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : 11 Section 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll of 12 Local Improvement District No. 373 for the inprovement of the 13 bridge leading from the East line of East grand Avenue on 'Everet 14 Avenue to the east line of Railway Avenue, by improved by the 15 removal of old lumber, replacing caps, stringers, decking, side- 16 walks and hand rail and doing all other work necessary in 17 connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance 18 No , 2007 as the same now stands, be , and same is hereby, in all { 19 things approved and confirmed. 20 i' Section 2 : That each of the lots, tracts and parcels 21 of land or other property shown oh said roll is hereby declared to 22 be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount 23 charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against 24 the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon 25 said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each 26 lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, appearing upon 27 said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon. 28 29 30 -1.. 31
