Gates Serving Residential Dwellings. <br /> Entry gates located across private driveways serving three or less residences shall comply with the <br /> following: <br /> • When one or more of the dwellings or residential lots is farther than 150 feet from the public <br /> roadway.The gate shall be at the width of not less than the required driveway width approved <br /> for the project. <br /> Entry gates located across private driveways serving more than three residences shall comply with all <br /> applicable provisions found in this document <br /> Serving Three or More Dwellings <br /> Gates located across private driveways serving three or more dwellings are required to comply with all <br /> provisions found in this document including gate width and gate operations. <br /> Gate Set Backs (Stacking Lane) <br /> Entry gates shall be set back from the nearest curb line of any public or private street to provide a <br /> minimum 30 feet from face of curb or from back of sidewalk when there is a sidewalk, as to not obstruct <br /> vehicular or pedestrian traffic.
