ORDINANCE NO, 2022 <br /> An Ordinance relating to the parking and standing of <br /> 1 <br /> automobiles, trucks and other vehicles on Hewitt, Colby and <br /> 2 <br /> e �r,,lore Avenues amending Section 103 of Ordinance No.1825, as <br /> ' <br /> 3 <br /> amended by Ordinance No,1861, repealing Ordinance No, 2018 and <br /> 4 <br /> czeclaring an emergency. <br /> 5 <br /> 6 P-T1 CITY OF EVERTTT DOES ORDAIiT : . <br /> 7 <br /> Section 1 : That Section 103 of Ordinance To.1825 as <br /> 8 <br /> amended by Ordinance No,1861 be and the same is hereby amended <br /> 9 <br /> to read as fellows: <br /> 10 <br /> 11 "Section 103 : PARKING ; .uo automobile, truck or other <br /> 121 vehicle shall be parked or allowed to stand longer than one (1) <br /> 13 ! hour continuously between _E' ght o' clock '..Ti. and Six o' clock P.M. <br /> 14 on the following described portions of the following described <br /> 15 Avenues within the City of .Everett, to-tiri t <br /> 16 On Hewitt Avenue from the East line of Grand Avenue <br /> 17 to the \Test line roadway: <br /> On Colby Avenue from the south line of California <br /> 18 <br /> Street to the north line of Wall Street. <br /> On Wetmore Avenue from the south line of California. <br /> 19 street to the north line of Wall Street. <br /> 20 provided, however that the Comr isoioner of Safety is hereby <br /> 21 authorized to fix suitable taxi cab stands within the above <br /> 22 mentioned territory and is also authorized to fix suitable <br /> 23 stage zones in compliance with the provisions of Section 104 <br /> 24 of Ordinance No.1825 as amended by Ordinance No, 1887, <br /> 25 <br /> Section 2 : That Ordinance No. 2018 be, and the same <br /> 26 <br /> is hereby repealed. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Section 3 : An emergency is declared to exist and <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br />
