ORDINANCE NO. 2021 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No.374 for the 1 improvement of the Norton Avenue Extension from a point 13 feet 2 north of the monument line of 14th Street produced westerly in 3 itspresent platted direction to a point 80 feet north of the 1Oth 4 Street monument line produced westerly from the Bailey Addition 5 by removal of old lumber and redecking ; also by replacing 6 stringers and caps and repairing hand rail where necessary and 71 doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make 8 a complete improvement under Ordinance No.2OO8 of the City of 9 Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the 10 several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, 11 providing for the issuance of bonds therein and fixing the date 12 for the issuance thereof. 13 14 ', THE CITY OF EV' RETT DOES ORDAIN : 15 Section 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll of 16 Local Improvement District No.374, for the improvement of the 17 Norton venue 2xtension from a point 13 feet north of the monument 18 line of 14th Street produced westerly in its present platted 19 direction to a point 80 feet north of the 1Oth Street monument 20 line produced westerly from the Bailey Addition by removal of old 21 lumber and redecking; also by replacing stringers and caps and 22 repairing hand rail where necessary and doing all other work 23 necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement 24 under Ordinance No.2OO8 of the City of Everett, as the same now 25 stands, be, and the same is hereby, in all things approved and 26 confirmed. 27 28 Section 2 : That each of the lots, tracts and parcels 29 of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared 30 31
