An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment 1 and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No.375 for the improvement of the alley between Pine Street and Cedar 2 y Street and Pine Street and Maple Street from 32nd Street 3 sewer south to a point near the north line of 33rd Street by 4 the construction of an Eight inch sewer and necessary appur- 5 tenances and doing all other work necessary in connection 6 therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance 7 No. 2012 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on 8 account thereof against the severallots, tracts and parcels 9 of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of 10 bonds therein and fixing the date for the issuance thereof. 11 �, 12 THE CITY OF EVEPETT DOES ORDAIN : 13 Section 1 : That the assessment and assessmenr roll 14 of Local Improvement District No.375, for the improvement of 15 the alley between Pine Street and Cedar Street and Pine Street 16 1 and Maple Street from 32nd street sewer south to a point near 17 the north line of 33rd Street by the construction of an eight 18 inch sewer and necessary appurtenances and doing all other work 19 necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement 20 under Ordinance No. 2012 of the City of Everett, as the same 21 now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved 22 and confirmed. 23 } 24 Section 2 : That each of the lots, tracts and parcels 25 of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared 26 to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the 27 amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appear- 28 ing against the same is in proportion to the several assess- 29 ments appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an 30 assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land or 31
