- OFDI NANCE NO. 2017 . • An Ordinance vacating a portion of Twelfth Street in the City of Everett, Snohomish County, Washington. the owner of all of the private property abutting 2 upon that portion of Twelfth Street hereinafter described, in 3 the City of Everett, duly filed its petition with the City Council 4 ' of the City of Everett praying for the vacation of said portion of 5 Twelfth Street, and, 6 Whereas, said council of said City did by resolution duly 7 adopted fix March,17,1922, at the hour of 10 :30 o'clock A .M. of S ' said day for the hearing and determination of said petition, and, Whereas, due and legal notice of the time and place of the 10 hearing and determination of said petition has been duly given by the city clerk of said city, as required by law, and, 12 Whereas, at the time and place fixed for said hearing no 13 person appeared or objected, and no objections of any Yd.nd were 14 made to the granting of said petition, and, 15hereas, it appearing to the City council that said peti- is tion should be granted and said city council does hereby determine 17 to vacate said portion of said street, now therefore, 18 19 TIL CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : 20 "Section 1 : That all of that portion of Twelfth Street in 21 the City of Everett, Snohomish County, Washington, lying between 22 the west line of the right of way of the Northern Pacific railway Company and the Western terminus of said Twelfth Street be and the 23 ' 24 same is hereby vacated and the title to said portion of said 25 Twelfth Street above described is hereby declared to vest inc. the 26 abutting property o`,ner, as provided by law. 27 Mayor. 28 Passed: A I. 4 2' 29 Attest• 30 ty Clerk.
