This condition is in <br />violation of the Everett Municipal Code (EMC): <br />The presence of overgrown noxious vegetation is a violation of EMC <br />8.20.020 (E) Nuisances -Residential property and nonresidential <br />property, which reads: <br />Except as authorized by subsection H of this section or as may be allowed <br />by another city ordinance, no person owning, leasing, renting, occupying <br />or having charge or possession of any property In the city, Including <br />vacant lots, shall maintain or allow to be maintained on the property <br />outside of a fully enclosed structure such as a shed, dwelling, or closeable <br />garage, any of the following conditions visible from any street, alley, or <br />other public or private property: <br />E. Dead, decayed, diseased, noxious or hazardous trees or <br />vegetation, or any vegetation (not Including vegetation located in flower <br />beds) taller than forty-two Inches high or grass taller than twelve Inches <br />In height; <br />To resolve this issue, you must: <br />1. Cut and dispose of all overgrown, dead or noxious vegetation on <br />the property. <br />Corrective action must be completed by August 6"', 2021. <br />I'age I of 2 <br />
