Exhibit B (Method of Compensation) <br />EXHIBIT B <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />SELECT ONE OF THE FOLLOWING METHODS OF COMPENSATION, EACH OF WHICH IS <br />SUBJECT TO THE MAXIMUM COMPENSATION AMOUNT <br />☐ HOURLY RATE.
