1.0 PROJECT OVERVIEW <br /> Purpose and Scope <br /> This Drainage Report accompanies the public works permit application to construct site <br /> improvements and utility connections for a future Chase Bank location. All work associated <br /> with the building pad area, other than pad preparation, is to be performed under a <br /> separate permit. The site is located off 132nd Street SE near the southern border of the <br /> City of Everett, consisting of a single tax parcel (280530-004-084-00) within a portion of <br /> the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 30, Township 28 North, Range 5 East, W.M. The future <br /> site address is 1517 132nd Street SE, Everett, WA 98208. See Appendix 'A' for Vicinity <br /> Map of the project area. <br /> Project Methodology <br /> The 2019 Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington (SWMM) established <br /> the methodology and design criteria used for this project. The total new plus replaced <br /> hard surface area associated with the proposed improvements is less than 5,000 square <br /> feet. Therefore, only minimum requirements #1-#5 will be addressed as part of this <br /> project. <br /> Project Description <br /> This project proposes the construction of a detached, drive-up ATM lane and other various <br /> improvements to the existing parking lot. Existing pavement within the future building <br /> footprint will be removed, and the building pad will be compacted per the project <br /> geotechnical engineer's recommendations. Utility lines, including sanitary sewer and <br /> storm, will be stubbed to the pad site.
