5.0 DISCUSSION OF MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
The proposed project creates less than 5,000 square feet of new hard plus replaced hard
surface. Therefore, only minimum requirements #1 - #5 will be addressed as part of this
project.
#1 - Preparation of Stormwater Site Plans
This storm water site plan satisfies this requirement.
#2 - Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
A Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan is included within this submittal.
#3 - Source Control of Pollution
Applicable Source Control BMPs that may be needed for this project are located in the
SWPPP included within this submittal.
#4 - Preservation of Natural Drainage Systems and Outfalls
The project preserves the pre-developed drainage conditions.
#5 - On-site Stormwater Management
There appears to be insufficient area and inadequate soils on the site for individual lot
drainage systems. All landscaping areas and disturbed pervious areas shall employ post-
construction soil quality and depth BMP, and all stormwater runoff will be collected and
conveyed to the existing downstream system. The project proposes less hard surface
area than current site conditions, which will reduce the amount of stormwater runoff
entering the existing downstream system.
