I used L&I's contractor verification tool to search the contractor license number provided and was not able to find their information. Here is a link to the L&I tool to verify: https://secure.Ini.wa.gov/verify/ We use the information from L&I's website to create a profile for the contractor in our database, so we are not able to move forward with permit approval until a valid license number is received. Please note that we also require all contractors performing work within the city limits to obtain a city of Everett business license. If the contractor does not already have a city of Everett business license,they can apply for one online using Filel-ocal (linked here: https://www.filelocal-wa.gov/Default FileLocal.aspx) and forward their email confirmation showing proof of payment to satisfy this requirement.
