In summary,the site is underlain by fill overlying <br /> glacially consolidated soils. <br /> In our opinion, the proposed bank may be supported on spread footings bearing on <br /> competent native soils or on structural fill used to modify site grades. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to be of service.
