ER - Y y The site currently developed with a convenience store/restaurant, carwash, and fueling station island. The carwash is located on the west half of the site and the convenience store/restaurant are located in the central portion of the site. The fueling station island is located in the east half of the site, see Plate 2, above. We understand it is planned to demolish the fueling station island, decommission and backfill the underground fuel storage tanks, and construct a new bank building in the east portion of the site. The proposed layout is shown in Figure 2. The bank building will be one-story in height and will be constructed at or near existing site grades. The proposed building will be surrounded by asphalt paved parking and drive areas. The conclusions and recommendations in this report are based on our understanding of the proposed development, which is in turn based on the project information provided. If the above project description is incorrect, or the project information changes, we should be consulted to review the recommendations contained in this study and make modifications, if needed.
