Do not click links or open attachments
unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe.
Good Afternoon,
McKinstry is doing some electrical work at the Kettle Cuisine manufacturing plant at 1200 Merrill Creek
Parkway. An over the counter permit E2211-170 was pulled for original scope of work. However new
scope of work has been added including furnishing and installing (2) MCP built by Process Solutions and
furnishing, installing a 1000-amp feed from the existing spare breaker and supplying (4) 20 HP VFD units
to be installed in existing buckets. The New MCP will be set on the second floor of the electrical room. I
attached the new set of plans and clouded the scope not included in original permit.
My question is, are we able to add new scope to our original OTC permit? Or do we need to pull a brand
new permit? Follow up question, if we need to pull a new permit, does it need to be plan review?
Thank you,
111Stry Julia Alexander
lle 0/Ibnr Bnllding Construction Project Engineer
P.206.413.8446 1 C.425.361.3236
® Follow us on Linkedln
