I am <br /> the planner assigned to the review. <br /> Thank you for the additional details you provided on May 23.The letter sizes noted on the sign estimate from FastSigns <br /> (and the design in the photo sample) look fine. <br /> That said we do need some additional information before we can fully review your permit. <br /> Please provide a more detailed drawing showing the placement of the wall sign letters on your coffee stand. This <br /> drawing should be basically to scale, and show: <br /> • basic dimensions of the coffee stand facade itself(i.e.wall) <br /> • placement of sign letters on that fagade, including dimensions to the edges of the fagade <br /> • dimensions of words/lines (height of the letters, and the length of each line of text-the dimensions you already <br /> provided on the hand-drawn sign detail sheet are fine, but these same dimensions should *also* appear on this <br /> drawing) <br /> • please draw this in black and white; photos do not scan well for our digital records. <br /> Again,your sign is pretty simple and looks like it will be attractive!
