10.3 City and Contractor each binds itself, its partners, successors, assigns, and legal <br />representatives to the other party hereto, its partners, successors, assigns, and legal <br />representatives in respect of all covenants, agreements, and obligations contained in <br />the Contract Documents. <br />10.4 This Contract is governed by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to the <br />principles of conflict of laws. Any action or suit brought in connection with this Contract shall <br />be exclusively brought in the Superior Court of Snohomish County, Washington. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, City and Contractor have signed this Contract. This Contract is effective as of <br />the date of the last person to sign it, and may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall <br />be deemed an original.
