Except as authorized by subsection H of this section or as may be allowed by <br /> another city ordinance, no person owning, leasing, renting, occupying or <br /> having charge or possession of any property in the city, including vacant lots, <br /> shall maintain or allow to be maintained on the property outside of a fully <br /> enclosed structure such as a shed, dwelling, or closeable garage, any of the <br /> following conditions visible from any street, alley, or other public or private <br /> property: <br /> A. Junk, trash, litter, boxes, discarded lumber, salvage materials or other <br /> similar materials; <br /> *** <br /> C. Broken or discarded furniture, household equipment and furnishings; <br /> D. Shopping carts on any property zoned residential by the city; <br /> *** <br /> G. Vehicle parts or other articles of personal property which are discarded or <br /> left in a state of partial construction or repair; <br /> *** <br /> Corrective Action(s) By 12/2/24 <br /> Required and • Properly remove all exterior accumulations of junk, trash, boxes, <br /> Compliance salvage materials,furniture, household equipment, shopping carts, <br /> Schedule for vehicle parts, personal items, and any other discarded items on the <br /> Corrective Action(s) property.
