<br />14 <br /> <br />Project Roles & Functions <br />Project Role Function <br />Labor Relations Specialist <br />Assist with PLA/CWA negotiations and navigate labor issues and disputes. <br />Facilitates resolutions including grievances, wage violations, and guidance <br />surrounding jurisdictional disputes, providing Contractor/subcontractor <br />mediation for all stakeholders. <br />Project Executive Report design, approval, and presentation. PLA document design, annual <br />report design. Technical or Policy support. <br />PLA/CWA Project <br />Administrator <br />Lead the CWA Administration Plan and oversight, attend meetings, <br />including, but not limited to, Contractor/Subcontractor mediation, <br />violation, Arbitration Hearings, etc. <br />Compliance Officer <br />On-site field support on compliance pertaining to dispatches, wages, <br />worker labor classifications, and enforcement of the Community <br />Workforce Agreements. <br />Certified Payroll & Time <br />Reporting Clerk <br />LCPtracker Training and account Setup; Apprentice Approvals and <br />reports; Certified Payroll / Preceding and CBA Wage Training, Review, <br />Verification, and reporting. <br />Client Relations and <br />Contract Specialist <br />Any research, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting. Document design, <br />preparation and related technical documentation work, Contract Tracking, <br />and Administration Design. <br />Admin Services Specialist General administrative and reporting support. <br /> <br />
