He is experienced in general CWA/PLA Management, including <br />contractor participation education, as well as all aspects of compliance guidance that <br />contractors and sub-contractors of every tier on a project need to navigate. <br />Marcus has performed as the Field enforcement Officer on large-scale CWA/PLA projects such <br />as King County’s Children and Family Justice Center, Washington State Convention Center <br />Addition project, and the Washington State Department of Transportation SR-520 Montlake <br />Project. <br />
