' I • O R DI N AN C E NO. 2008 An Ordinance providing for the implovcient of the Norton Avenue 13Xtension from a point 13 feet North of the monument 1 • line of 14th i.treet produced westerly in its present platted direction to a point 60 feet north of the 10th St. monument line produced. westerly from the Bailey Addition by removal of old 4 lumber and redecking; also by replacing stringers and caps and repairing han d rail where necessary an d doing all other wo rk 6 necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement s all in accordance with Resolution No. 2884 of the City of Everett, 8 9 creating an assessment district, creating a Local Improvement :Dist- 10 rict Fund therefor, providing that said improvement be made by 11 special assessment upon the property in said district by the method 12 of payment by bonds and dividing said district into a Direct 13 Benefit i strict and into an Indirect Benefit district, 14 Whereas, by Resolution No . 2384 of the City of 15 Everett, the city council of Everett has declared its intention �6 to order the improvement of the Norton Avenue tension from a 17 point 13 feet North of the monument line of 14th Street produced 18 westerly in its present platted direction to a point 80 feet 19 I north of the 10th Street monument line produced westerly from the 20 Bailey Addition by removal of old lumber and redecking; also by 21 replacing stringers and caps and repairing hand rail where necessary 22 and doing a ,o other work necessary in connection therewith to make 23 a complete improvement in accordance with plans and specifications 24 prepared by the City 3ngineer, now therefore, 25 THE CITY OF _ TER.
