All work shall be performed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett ‘Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development’. 3. Site Civil Work to be done per plans and Construction SWPPP approved by the City of Everett Public Works Department dated 8/1/2019. Approved plans must remain on job-site at all times. 5. Fill under this permit is not to exceed 1,000 cubic yards. In order to place additional fill, a SEPA will need to be applied for through the Planning Department and once a SEPA Determination is issued, a separate Public Works Permit shall be applied for, approved, and issued by the City of Everett for additional fill to be placed in accordance with the SEPA Determination. 6. Fill shall not be placed on existing concrete foundation as a permanent condition. Foundation shall be broken up and removed if final grading is to be placed in that area. 7. Inspections are required for all stages of construction. Visit the City’s Online Permitting Portal at pw.everettwa.gov to formally request all required inspections. An Inspection Handout is provided at permit issuance with instructions on how to request an inspection online. 8. Install and maintain erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards, approved SWPPP, and per the direction of the Public Works Inspector. Remove upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the permit. 9. Keep City streets clean at all times. No dirt, mud, rocks, or debris to be tracked onto roadway. 10. This permit must be finaled in order to close out this permit.
