That Section 4 of Or- <br /> dinance No. 1851 of the City of Ev- <br /> erett be amended to read as fol- <br /> lows: <br /> 25 a, i shed. - -_ - � <br /> ,Z�1_ _ ed' � 'Sec. 4. All licenses provided for <br /> In this ordinance shall be issued as <br /> hereinafter provided and shall expire <br /> on the 31st day of December of each <br /> 26 Sear and shall be conspicuously post- <br /> ed in the office of the hotel, room- <br /> ing or lodging house licensed. Upon <br /> the issuance of any license except <br /> 27 as hereinafter provided there shall <br /> he paid to the City Clerk therefor <br /> the sum of $10.00; provided, how- <br /> 28ever, that whoathe application is <br /> for the unexred portion of any <br /> year, the license fee shall be pro- <br /> rated for the unexpired portion of <br /> said year." <br /> 29 W.
