• f } . ; A . <br /> ORDINANCE NO 1991 <br /> An Ordinance providing for the vacation of McDougall Avenue <br /> between the south line of 24th Street and the north line of 25th Street <br /> in '_he City of Everett , and, <br /> WHEREAS, on the 12th day of May, 1921 , a petition was filed <br /> with the City Clerk of the City of Everett , signed by the owners of more <br /> than two-thirds of the property, abutting upon McDougall Avenue between <br /> the south line of 24th Street to the north line of 25th Street in the City <br /> of Everett , and, <br /> WHITREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett did, by <br /> resolution duly adopted, fix the 8th day of June 1921 , at the hour of 10 :30 <br /> A. M. of said date as the date for hearing on said petition, and, <br /> WHEREAS, due and legal -iotice of the time and 'plce of hearing <br /> and determining of said petition was duly given by the City Clerk of said <br /> city as required by law, and, <br /> WHEREAS, at the time of hearing on said petition no person <br /> or persons appeared at said hearing or objected to the granting of said <br /> petition, and, <br /> WHEREAS, it appearing to the City Council that said petition <br /> sh^uld be granted and said Council does hereby determine to vacate said <br /> motion of said McDougall Avenue, now therefore, <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : <br /> Section 1 : That McDougall Avenue between the south line of <br /> 24th Street and the north line of 25th Street be and the same is hereby <br /> vacated. <br /> Mayor. <br /> passed : y" h, 1921. <br /> Attest Ce to t k, r.. <br /> City Cler <br /> Published :July 14th, 1921. <br />
