A covenant acceptable to the city attorney's office shall be recorded on the title to the property <br /> stating that the property owner acknowledges the requirements of this section, and stating that the <br /> use of any accessory structure is limited to accessory activities permitted by the zone in which the <br /> property is located, and that the accessory building shall not be converted to a living area or used <br /> for any purposes which are not in full compliance with zoning and building code requirements. <br /> 3. Any modifications to the plans submitted for this land use permit require Planning Division approval <br /> and may require additional public review if significant.Any future minor modifications,as <br /> determined by the planning director, may be reviewed as a Review Process I. <br /> 4. If a complete building permit or equivalent construction permit application has not been filed within <br /> 18 months from the approval date of this decision,the land use permit approval shall be deemed <br /> terminated, unless an extension is granted. A Public Works Permit is required for this project if the driveway will be extended to new garage. <br /> Detailed drawings in accordance with the current City of Everett Design and Construction Standards <br /> and Specifications for Development shall be submitted to the Public Works Department,showing <br /> site grading, paving, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage,temporary construction erosion and <br /> sedimentation control (TESC), and all required improvements in thepublic right-of-way. All <br /> improvements shall be completed, approved, and warranted before the Occupancy Permit is <br /> issued/final approval is granted. <br /> 3. Temporary erosion and sedimentation control (TESC) measures for construction activity must be <br /> operational prior to commencement of any clearing or earthwork.An approved permit and SWPPP <br /> for this work is required prior to set-up of TESC measures on-site.All BMPs must comply with City of <br /> Everett Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development. <br /> 4. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of construction. If reseeding <br /> is not practical due to weather or seasonal restraints,the ground must be covered with mulch as <br /> directed by the City Engineer. <br /> 5. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust suppression <br /> and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 6.
