Note that per COE DCSS 2-2, if more <br />than 2000 sq ft of new hard surfaces are added, a SWPPP <br />will be required. <br />The Everett Municipal Code 19.34.120.B discusses hard <br />surfaces, and our Public Works director's interpretation is an <br />all-weather durable surface capable of supporting vehicular <br />loading and the ability to not track dirt/mud/debris onto the <br />roadway.
