There are a few specific issues that need to be resolved: • If the new shop / garage will need vehicle access, the driveway must be paved in the front 20 ft setback • The paved driveway shall be max 30 ft within 20 ft front setback • Past the 20 ft front setback, the paved driveway can be wider than 30 ft I have sketched one possible configuration, attached. Note that demolition of the East portion of asphalt would be needed in this case. Lastly, regarding the proposed "drain rock" and "crushed rock": please label the size of rock to be 1 %" and geotextile fabric below. As previously mentioned, gravel is not acceptable in this situation.
