The comments below <br /> must be addressed before a permit can be issued. These comments address building issues only. <br /> Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments including Public Works, <br /> Planning, and Fire. <br /> Code citations provided in the following comments reference the Everett Municipal Code (EMC), <br /> 2015 International Residential Code (IRC), 2015 International Building Code (IBC), and the <br /> residential provisions of the 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). Amendments to the <br /> building codes by the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) are identified. Citations provided in <br /> the comments reference the IRC unless noted otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following documentation shall be <br /> submitted to Permit Services for review: <br /> a. Itemized letter addressing the comments provided below. <br /> b. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings. <br /> Submittal documents should contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project <br /> for compliance with the adopted building codes.
