(Towards a street, towards an alley, <br />towards a neighboring property, etc.) Site is generally flat; according to Snohomish County <br />GIS there is a slight high spot on the Southern Property Line. <br />4. What currently happens to rainwater that falls on the site? Rainwater that falls on site <br />presently infiltrates.
