Note that additional comment letters from other <br />departments, such as Building, Public Works, Fire, may also be received after they have reviewed <br />the proposal. The plans have been forwarded to the Building Department review drawer. <br />a. Resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your resubmittal. <br />The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-12:00pm and from <br />1:00pm-4:00pm (closed for lunch between 12:00pm-1:00pm). <br />i. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available online at https:Heverettwa.gov/Permits or at the <br />Permit Counter-2nd Floor, 3200 Cedar Street. <br />ii. Plans: (3) sets of Site Plans, (2) sets of any revised Building Plans, (2) copies <br />of any study required. <br />b. Indicate to the City that all redlines have been adequately addressed by providing <br />checkmarks or notes next to the City's redlines to indicate that it has been picked up <br />or to answer a reviewer's question. <br />/ PLANNING DEPARTMENT COMMENTS — TERESA WELDON 425.257.8731 <br />, 1.
