Please see the compiled list of comments below and the attached redlines to revise your plans <br />accordingly, prior to resubmitting to the Permit Services Counter. If you have any questions <br />regarding the comments/redlines or need anything further, please directly contact this pr9ject's <br />Public Works plans reviewer, Thad Newport, at TNewport(d,)everettwa.gov (or 425-257-8814), or <br />the other reviewers listed depending on the scope of the question. Please note that these comments <br />are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the Public Works (civil) plans only. The applicant <br />team may receive a separate comment letter from the Building Department and/or the Planning <br />Department for architectural or other types of drawings. <br />a. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your resubmittal <br />once all requested revisions have been made_ <br />i. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available at the Permit Counter (and included herein for your <br />use upon resubmittal). <br />ii. Plans: (2) full size sets of revised plans, plus original City Markups. <br />iii. Drainage Report: (2) copies of revised report. <br />iv. SWPPP Report: (2) copies of revised SWPPP report. <br />The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-12:00pm and from <br />1:00pm-4:00pm (closed between 12:00pm-1:00pm for lunch). <br />b. Please see all redlines on the attached plans for required corrections in addition to all <br />- ---comments --listed--below:--Frequently, -redlines -will-be stand-alone and- will -not—have -an <br />associated item in this corrections letter. Likewise, comments below may not have associated <br />redlines. Please indicate to the City that all redlines have been adequately addressed by <br />nrovidina checkmarks or notes next to the Citv's redlines to indicate that it has been nicked <br />up or to answer a reviewer's question. A comment response letter can also be included with <br />your resubmittal to address the comments below (handwritten remarks under each comment <br />on this letter are perfectly acceptable).
