xii.Canceled checks, payroll and Contractors; <br />xiii.Job cost reports, including both a job cost summary report comparing budgeted amounts <br />to recorded amounts by cost type and phase or cost code and a job cost <br />history/detail/transaction report listing each individual transaction by phase or cost code; <br />xiv.General Ledger; <br />xv.Cash disbursements journal; <br />xvi.All documents which relate to each and every claim together with all documents which <br />support the amount of damages to each claim; <br />xvii.All schedule documents, including man-loaded schedules, work plans, planned resource <br />codes, phasing documents and summaries; <br />xviii.All other documents, including email, related to the Project, Claims, or Change Orders; <br />xix.Any documentation or information relied upon for the purposes of translating the bid amounts <br />to original budget amounts; <br />xx.Original budget and updated budgets used for tracking job performance throughout the <br />project; <br />xxi.Labor distribution reports summarizing straight time, overtime, and double time by <br />employee and also separately summarizing base wage amounts versus labor burden and benefit <br />amounts; <br />xxii.Copies of all draft and approved change orders including a supplementary <br />documentation or information relied upon for the purposes of pricing the change <br />orders; <br />xxiii.To the extent any of the above-referenced records exist in machine readable format, <br />Contractor will make them available in that form. This requirement specifically <br />includes but is not limited to an obligation to provide the information and access in <br />the native format in which it is maintained by Contractor. The Contractor will, as <br />reasonably requested by the City, provide read-only access to and reasonable <br />technical support necessary to make use of any enterprise or legacy software utilized <br />by the Contractor to manipulate and/or store the relevant data. <br />19.9 PUBLIC NOTICE REQUIREMENTS <br />The Contractor will publish notification of intent to perform public works projects at the <br />beginning of each contract year in a statewide publication and in a legal newspaper of <br />general circulation in every county in which the public works projects are anticipated, per <br />RCW 39.10.440 (5). <br />19.10 PUBLIC INSPECTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS-PROTECTION OF TRADE SECRETS <br />A.RCW 39.10.470(1) and (2) state as follows:
