Exhibit A (Scope of Work) <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />A captivating snowfall effect for the tree lighting event on Friday, November 29, 2024. <br />The setup will include: <br />- 4x Industrial Grade Snow Machines to blanket the intersection with artificial snow. <br />- 4x Truss Towers, positioned 17ft high, to distribute the snow. <br />- LED Lighting and Air Movers for enhanced visual effects. <br />- 2 hours of Snow Solution. <br /> - Timing of snow fall will be on the hour as noted below. <br /> - 2 p.m. – 15 minutes <br /> - 3 p.m. – 15 minutes <br /> - 4 p.m. – 30 minutes <br /> - 5 p.m. – 60 minutes <br />- 1 hour of “Bubble Bash” featuring a foam party at the Fourth of July Festival in 2025. <br />- Additional accessories including extension cords, timers, weights and barricades. <br />The event will be fully staffed, covering setup, tear down and a complete rehearsal to <br />ensure a flawless experience. <br />
