The base elevation does appear to be well below the <br /> footings of the YMCA building. If our infiltration testing data from IT-4 was used as the basis for design, I <br /> would recommend AESI be on site to confirm that the on-site soils encountered during construction are <br /> consistent with what we saw at IT-4.
