Site Plan.The revised site plan submitted on September 13th is still showing height calculations <br /> from the average base elevation of the proposed footprint of the dwelling (A, B, C, D). Please <br /> revise the site plan height calculations to show measurement is taken from the average sidewalk <br /> elevation at the front lot line; Site plan has been updated <br /> 2. Please ensure all necessary construction plans have included the changes to the roof pitch as is <br /> shown in the revised elevation drawings on sheet 3 and 4. (This may have already been <br /> addressed but if not please do so as soon as possible so as not to delay the building divisions <br /> review.)
