I am the planner assigned to the review. <br />We do need some additional information before we can fully review your permit. On a site plan (not just a photograph, <br />but a site plan — drawn by hand or by computer are both ok), we need you to show the location of the existing home, <br />deck, and any other buildings, as well as the location of your proposed hot tub. For the deck and hot tub, please note on <br />your site plan the distances to at least the nearest two lot lines. For further help, please refer to pages 8 and 9 of the <br />document linked here (the City of Everett Residential -construction -submittal -checklist). On page 9, please make sure <br />your site plan includes items 1 and 7, in addition to the items above. <br />Please note that these comments are only related to the land use code, and do not account for all possible requirements <br />either from Planning or other departmental reviewers. Resubmittal instructions are outlined here.
