Please note additional comments may also be provided by other <br /> Departmental reviewers for your application; please utilize the Online Permitting Portal to check on the status of other <br /> reviewers. <br /> Planning cannot further review and/or approve your permit until the following has been addressed: <br /> • Site Plan. No site plan was provided with the application.A site plan is required for all residential construction <br /> permit applications in accordance with the residential construction submittal checklist.The site plan must be <br /> drawn to meet the site plan requirements including but not limited to: legal description, north arrow, horizontal <br /> dimensions indicating property lines, streets, building location and dimensions, etc. Please refer to the checklist <br /> linked below for more details and submit a site plan accordingly. <br /> o Please note, I will be reviewing the proposal in accordance with the exceptions to building or structure <br /> placement requirements allowed for porches, decks, and steps as described in EMC 19.06.030.13. <br /> Therefore, I need to confirm the height and location of the proposal in relation to property line setbacks. <br /> A site plan/elevation plans are required for this review. <br /> For reference,the residential construction submittal checklist is available online. Re-submittal instructions are outlined <br /> here; please submit at minimum 2 copies of any revised documents/plans. <br /> These comments are only related to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements from other <br /> departments. Additional comments may be provided by other reviewers for your application; please utilize the Online <br /> Permitting Portal to check on the status of other reviewers. <br /> For general permit questions, please contact Permit Services at PermitServices@everettwa.gov or 425.257.8810.
